Detailed product information:AstroMACS Medium is an optimized serum-free cell culture medium for primary neonatal and adult mouse and rat astrocytes c*tion. It also allows cell survival and proliferation in a wide range of plating densities and is optimized for low-density plating of neonatal astrocytes. The medium ensures a high survival rate and viability of plated astrocytes, which can be used for different downstream applications.

Applications:

C*tion and proliferation of isolated primary neonatal astrocytes in a wide range of plating densities.

C*tion of healthy adult astrocytes, together with AstroMACS Separation Buffer.
